Plus Points:

The sequel seamlessly continues from the first part, emphasizing the pursuit of bringing joy to loved ones and initiating crucial transformations quietly.

Rakshit Shetty delivers a powerful performance, skillfully depicting emotions of anguish, sorrow, and vulnerability.

Gopal Krishna Deshpande’s portrayal of Gopal is commendable, and the rest of the cast fulfills their roles capably.

Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati-Side B in hindi dubbed full movie

Gopal Krishna Deshpande ka Gopal ke roop mein portrayal satisfactory hai, aur baaki cast ke members ne bhi apne roles ko achhe se nibhaya hai.

Minus Points:

The film’s storyline, though straightforward, suffers from a stretched-out 147-minute duration, similar to its predecessor. Director Hemanth M Rao could have tightened the pace, especially in the first half, while the second half is better executed.

Characters portrayed by Ramesh Indira and Achyuth Kumar deserved more screen time. Despite being central to the plot, Priya’s character feels underdeveloped and lacks sufficient screen presence.

Although the climax is well-presented, Priya’s storyline lacks proper justification, contributing to a sense of repetitiveness and occasional moments of tedium in the first half.

Those anticipating a heartfelt reunion between the lovebirds may be disappointed, given the film’s slow pacing, which remains a notable drawback. Kahani toh simple hai, lekin 147-minute ka duration, pehle hisse ki tarah, thoda stretched lagta hai. Director Hemanth M Rao ko pehle hisse mein pace badhaana chahiye tha, lekin doosre hisse ka execution achha hai.

Ramesh Indira aur Achyuth Kumar ke characters ko zyada screen time milna chahiye tha. Priya ka character thik hai, lekin plot ke central hone ke bawajood, zyada screen presence nahi hai.

Film ka slow pace ek kami rahta hai.

Technical Aspects:

Hemanth M Rao and Gundu Shetty bring a somewhat improved second part with heartfelt dialogues, but the slow pace holds back the screenplay. Hemanth, as a director, could have enhanced SSD – Side B to create a more emotionally engaging experience.

Composer Charan Raj enriches the heartfelt storytelling with uplifting music. However, improved editing could have significantly elevated the overall impact. The film benefits from decent production values and cinematography, serving as additional strengths. Additionally, the impressive dubbing adds to the film’s quality.

Hemanth M Rao aur Gundu Shetty ne dil se aane wale dialogues ke saath thoda sa improved second part pesh kiya hai, lekin slow pace screenplay ko rokta hai. Hemanth ke roop mein ek director, woh SSD – Side B ko emotionally behtar bana sakte the.

Composer Charan Raj ne dil ko chhoo lene waali kahani ko halki-phulki music ke saath aur bhi madhur bana diya hai. Behtar editing se kafi farak pad sakta tha. Production values aur cinematography decent hain, aur dubbing bhi impressive hai.

Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati – Side B” presents an average emotional drama with a sluggish storytelling pace. Despite commendable performances by Rakshit Shetty, Rukmini Vasanth, and Chaithra J Achar, the film struggles due to its slow pacing. In comparison to its predecessor, the second installment lacks the same impact, making it challenging for many viewers to connect with the storyline.

Overall, Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati – Side B is an okay emotional drama with a sluggish storytelling. Despite commendable performances from Rakshit Shetty, Rukmini Vasanth, and Chaithra J Achar, the film struggles with slow pacing. The second part doesn’t leave the same impact as the first, making it difficult for many viewers to engage with the story. Rating: 2.5/5
